1. Who we are

LiftIt is a brand of HOUSE HUB INDIA, a partnership firm (GSTIN 37AASFH9591H1ZI), Tadepalli, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. "We" means HOUSE HUB INDIA.

2. The service

LiftIt is a digital platform that connects businesses and customers who need goods moved with independent vehicle owners and drivers. LiftIt does not own vehicles. Each consignment gets a digital ticket; custody passes from a pickup code to a delivery code, with photos and a recorded history. We charge a platform service fee per completed ticket. Freight is agreed and paid between the customer and the driver or vehicle owner unless stated otherwise on the ticket.

3. Your account

Give true information and keep your PIN and codes private. Drivers must hold a valid licence, and every vehicle used must have valid registration, insurance and permits. We may suspend accounts that give false documents or misuse the platform.

4. Acceptable use

Do not book illegal, dangerous or prohibited goods; do not misuse handover codes, the SOS feature or the WhatsApp number; do not try to break, copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or apps. Drivers adding a vehicle they do not own confirm that the owner has agreed.

5. Handover, delivery and claims

Each ticket has a 6-digit pickup code and a 6-digit delivery code. Each works once, only for its own step, and expires after a set time (the office can issue a new one, which cancels the old). The pickup code confirms the goods were handed to the driver; the delivery code confirms they were received. Where a code cannot be used, the LiftIt office may confirm a step after checking with the party; every such confirmation is recorded on the ticket with the reason. Report shortage or damage at delivery, before giving the delivery code, so it is recorded on the ticket. Claims are handled between the parties to the consignment, with LiftIt providing the ticket record.

6. Fees, credits and rewards

The platform fee is agreed with each business before use. A dealer ticket credit is used when a ticket is created. Credits are for tickets only; they have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Driver referral points are credited after the referred driver is approved and completes the required deliveries, and are paid only after verification and subject to applicable tax. Serious misconduct by a referred person may pause the related rewards while the office reviews it.

7. Cancellation and refunds

To cancel, contact the LiftIt office before pickup. A ticket credit used for a ticket cancelled before pickup is returned to the dealer's balance. Refunds of any prepaid platform fees are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

8. Intellectual property

The LiftIt name, logo, site, apps, designs and code belong to HOUSE HUB INDIA. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the platform fees paid for the ticket concerned. We are not liable for the acts of independent drivers or vehicle owners beyond providing the records we hold.

10. Termination

You may stop using LiftIt at any time and ask for deletion of your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including driver location.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
